I have learned over my 25+ years of practicing this amazing work, that quite simply put; Psychotherapy is the REPARATIVE ELEMENT in emotional healing. Psychotherapy aims at helping people to live more comfortably and consciously in the present, while feeling free from the compulsion to repeat past destructive, painful behaviors.
I have found that Hypnotherapy techniques are highly beneficial in helping to uncover the root of the compulsive behaviors. Hypnotherapy is also a useful tool in assisting with re-framing, mending and finally letting go of the original trauma.
